  On Saturday March 3rd 2018 at around 4PM, I stopped in here to get some cash out of the ATM. I needed a 5 and some 1s out of my $10 bill for parking down town. I politely asked the cashier "I don't suppose I could get a 5 and 5 1s for this could I?" She replied with "I can't." I assumed this meant "I can't break bills for non customers. So I went and picked up a $.79 pack of Crackers and put them on the counter. She gave me a "Go to Hell" look, and finally picked them up to ring them up. Then she told me the reason she said no was because they were running low on 5s and 1s. She handed me my change and I said thank you, again being as polite as I could, now feeling bad because had she just said "we are running low" in the first place, I'd have figured something else out. As I turn to walk away, she says "Come back any time to visit our bank." It took everything in my power to just keep walking out the door and not cause a scene. I come on here and see the reviews, and apparently I'm not the first this has happened to.

  Today is 4-10-17 I've been going to Rapid Roberts since 2002, and today is my last day, I was told to go down to the other gas station down the street??? Wanted to use my Kick back card and it did not work, so I went in to pay for 25.00 on pump1 with a 100 dollar bill, (all I had) she asked me if I had anything smaller, I said no, and asked her why my card was not working right, seems things have changed in the past few years when I had my old one and lost it. and so I slid the card over to her and told her I did not need that anymore, Then she gave me my money back and told me to go down the street to the other gas station, So thrown back from her reply, I said I've been coming here for 15 years spending over 15K a year between my company trucks and workers cars and trucks, and all my family, between all them your down more than what you pay that lady a year, not counting everyone else I tell about it that live here, ever since the old people that worked there are gone, the service has really changed, and now there kicking you down the street???? It don't take long in a small town when you do that to people that have been using you guys most of their life to leave you for the guy down the street, that are happy to have my business. I Asked to speak to the manager, and really got nowhere there either, so it's there lose and Bunches gain, Good luck with your new crew, all my money is going away.
